The hotel is close to the train station. It is also near the Queen Sophia and Prado museums. I found a pleasant breakfast room dedicated on the first floor. It was convenient.
The hotel bar is in the entrance and the restaurant is also close. Both are not very cute to me. The reservation system seems to not work well. I think it is important to confirm internet reservations by phone.

Excellent Experience Near Atocha Station
excellent location nice staff great service provided water
The location is excellent. It's close to the train station and numerous restaurants and shops. The staff at the front desk were nice. I appreciated the on-site restaurant. The food and service were great. I found the gym had water provided, a nice touch.
I found no kettle in my room. I had to go to reception to get it, along with cups and coffee.

A Good City Stay
easy access fruit display soundproof windows
The location provided easy access to many attractions. The hotel offered a cute fruit display, candies and bottled water in the lobby. I found it a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the soundproof windows, which ensured a restful environment .
My experience was mostly positive. I noticed the gym space was small. I think it would be better to have a wider variety of equipment for a more comprehensive workout.

train station wide selection fresh options amazing selection
I found the hotel's proximity to the Atocha train station useful. The walk was short. The restaurant inside the hotel provided an excellent breakfast. A wide selection was available. Staff consistently replenished the buffet, ensuring fresh options. The hotel offered a pleasant dining experience at dinner with flavorful food and a amazing wine selection.
The absence of a kettle or coffee machine in my room was a slight inconvenience.

Breakfast included a variety of vegetables, cheese, sausages, eggs, and pastries, complemented by kitchen-ordered eggs. The hotel staff provided city maps and dining recommendations. During breakfast the staff seemed very attentive. They replenished the buffet regularly. One staff member was very smiley. They provided excellent service during check-out.
